Jiffy Lube

so my wife and I were told to go to jiffy lube to have our tires balanced by this jiffy lube as they have some of the best equipment to balance tires so my wife calls to make an appointment to get our 2009 hummer h2 in to get the tires balanced so she calls and they tell her no need to make an appointment just come in so she does so she shows up and there are a few people ahead of her no problem she waits about 20 min they pull the truck in and it just sits there after about 45min and still nothing done to our truck they pull it out of the bay so its been an hr. and they come in and tell her they don't have time to do the job as they are busy and the gentlemen comes out and says to her she should have made an appointment and she says she did try and said it wasn't needed so another half hour goes bye as they still did nothing to the truck my wife was very upset as she likes to keep a scheduled well they messed that up after being told this place has the best equipment there staff certainly are not very good at all very disappointed in jiffy lube on king George rd

Great service. Friendly staff. Rather expensive for snow tires off and rims changed. $120.

First of all, THEY DO NOT UP-SELL. They tell you like it is in language you can understand, and they show you proof of the work they do because they know there are other car maintenance places out there who are dishonest. Competitively priced, nice waiting room and friendly staff.
