Economy Lube and Tire

I went in for a emissions test, fast service, great customer service. They're kind to everyone, And witnessed amazing customer service while they were with another customer. They were very attentive and went over and above with customer service standards.

2 hours of my time wasted waiting for them to put a plug in one guy's tire. 3 guys standing around while 1 person worked on a tire for over an hour and a half. I am not sure how they are still in business at that rate. Since I was there for a FREE e-test they bumped another guy who needed an oil change ahead of me since he was a paying customer. No problem. Had they just put me through I would have been in and out in less than 5 minutes. Then one of the newer employees comes out with a dish with "dirty" power steering fluid I.E. TYPICAL LUBE SHOP SCAM. They tried to gouge the guy getting his oil changed for steering fluid he didn't need. As for my e-test... when I asked the guy what was taking so long he said the servers were down (i.e. they had a hard time putting a plug in that one tire). I'd give him the benefit of the doubt but I believe he was just lying to save face. After watching him bring out the dish with the dirty power steering fluid I had enough. Bunch of kids running the place. Only once have I paid to have my oil changed at a lube shop in Alberta and that was because the choices were limited. Luckily there are plenty of places to go here.

This place was clean and the staff are polite and helpful. My sick dog was in the back and they let me leave him there. The skid plate bolts on my car were an odd size but they figured it out. Took a little longer but they did a good job

Took my car here and as always was told my transmission fluid needed a flush when I denied the service I took my car home I noticed my transmission was severely leaking (very ironic had it just been checked) my transmission torque converter wouldn't engage anymore due to this problem and economy lube has denied to even comment on how this could happen. For an extra buck or two there are much better places in town to go!

Economy Lube the oil changer that can’t even finish the job. After getting my oil changed here my engine air filter clips where broken off and days later I found my OIL CAP on the ledge by my window wippers!! I drove around getting dirt in my engine until I found the cap under the snow. I will from now on be taking my car to a much more relaible source!
