Pro Oil Change

So, let me start by saying up until last night I would have sworn by this place and the service. After last night... I will most likely never take my car there again. First, the associate BOLD-FACED lied about checking and topping up my fluids. The washer fluid alone was at half, and there was no indication that anything else was touched. Secondly, he went to check my air filters and couldn't easily access one of them and said "not even going to bother". Then, my "oil change" (if they even did one at all) was NOT completed. At the very most, they emptied some of my oil out and mixed it will new oil, and that is giving them more credit than they deserve. It is more like they just topped up my oil, it is not fresh oil in my reservoir, and it is clearly indicated that they just "topped up" the oil with how far up the dipstick the line comes... My car has a skid plate and they didn't take it off, there is no way they took it off and did a complete oil change in the time that I was there. Not like I could tell or not, they did have their camera working to watch what was happening underneath. Convenient! If you do take your car here make sure you are double checking their work when they are done, this is the worst I have seen. It really makes me mad because I used to love taking my car here and now I am gravely disappointed. I only hope they learn from their shortcomings and fix their procedures for the future.

I have been bringing my cars here for several years now. I find them quick and do not prompt you too much on up selling. Will suggest items that you actually need and tell you why and the prices they charge for those items are reasonable.

Go here for my oil change every time. Employees are awesome and helpful and they’re quick. Price is right too.

Best oil change place in Grimsby hands down. No pressure, comfortable lounge with good coffee. Pleasant people.

I stopped going after taking my car there that requires fully synthetic oil. They charged $129 for an oil change. and the dealer will charge me $60. fully synthetic oil isn't that expensive anymore and the prices are outdated. They didn't use a fully synthetic oil filter either because after that oil change the filter was destroyed (in pieces to be exact)after 8,000-10,000 kms.
