Jiffy Lube

This place is very good there are few of the young guys that will check your oil to ensure that you actually need an oil change. The only things I would ask is that we have the option to stay in the car while the oil change and everything is being done, this is simply a preference. Some of the younger folks are very passionate and are very quick. I am always very impressed with the service that I received and the honesty that they provide. UPDATE: after leaving this review, the manager called me and thanked me for the review and told me that he would like to ensure me that I always will have the option to stay in the car while the work being done. And even offers a coupon for my next visit! I was not expecting this at all! I love the honesty and integrity that the staff and the company offer!!

I was a first timer at Jiffy and it certainly will not be my last. I had a fantastic experience with Keegan. I did not feel pressured in anyway (you know how sometimes you feel like you need a shower when you leave the place). It was clear to me that Keegan understands offering service - he enjoys the work he does (or hides it well) and wants to ensure that people feel respected and like they have choice. He asks questions, is not afraid to apologize (not that he needed to) and is a good educator on why things need to happen or not. As well, everyone in the space seemed interested in providing me with exceptional service. Thanks to everyone!!!

Today was my first time using Jiffy Lube and my experience was great. I was greeted by Liam and Jamie who were so friendly and had the servicing done in 20minutes. Great customer service!

The staff are very respectful and full of knowledge. They do great work and do it very quickly! I'm glad they take care with the way they treat vehicles. Definitely a return customer. Thanks Jamie!

The only place I go to in Stratford for my vehicle maintenance. Jamie and his crew always provide me with the best customer service in a timely manner. Keep up the good work!
