Pro Oil Change

First of all, customer service here is really good and you can tell the shop is clean and well maintained. However, i had a problem. I went in for an oil change and i was done and everything was good. A day later, the engine light came on and my car was stuttering on the highway, and the Gas pedal was dis-engaging suddenly. it was a scary experience when it happened the first time, i had to pull over off the highway to figure out what's going on. This continued to happen for 3 weeks and it never went away. Took it to my mechanic and we found out that Pro-Oil change installed the wrong oil filter in my Honda. The oil filter looked like a Nissan oil filter and was different in size and model. I changed the filter and the oil, and the problem was gone! All in all very good customer service, but not a good service. The oil (Havoline) quality isn't the best as well. Thanks.

Guys are great, fast and know there job. No pressure and always let you know the situation within secs. Facility is always clean!!! Never had an issue and I will be back!!

Fast, friendly service, and no pressure. Each time I’ve been I’ve only spent about 10-15 minutes there. I will definitely continue to go here for my oil changes and recommend to others!

Groupon dealed this place and was not dissapointed. Quick service, good price and seems like they did their job correctly. Make sure to check for deals because this place often advertises and offers significant discounts compared to competitors at full price.

Super fast, straight forward, friendly service. Just the way it should be. They checked everything and determined that I didn't need any "extras" which I appreciated; nothing worse than going for an oil change and being offered all of these things you don't need. I understand upselling is part of a business and it's done for a reason but it's refreshing to know there are businesses that sell you what you actually need not what they try to pressure you into needing. When I left I was given a key tag to receive $10,$10,$15,$15 off my next 4 oil changes. Will happily go back and recommend anyone to give these guys a try.
