Pro Oil Change

Terrible customer service! I have gone to this location for a few years, but never will again. When i had my oil changed this last time, I had a sticker in my window from this location that said 10% off your next oil change. There is no * or ask for details anywhere on the sticker. When i saw the receipt i simply said, "is that with the 10% off?" He looked at me sideways and said I didn't tell him about it before the oil change. So i said that the sticker informed me of this and you obviously changed the sticker. The new sticker making the same claim. Again he had an excuse. Then i said can you simply rering the invoice with the discount and again he said no. Finally i said that nothing indicates i had to let you know in advance, it isnt like a coupon etc. and that it was silly to lose dozens of potential visits over $6.00. He still said there was nothing he could do and made it seem like it was still my fault. A few days later i got a courtesy call from their head office. I gave them a 1 out of 10 on both questions. Then they asked why. I told them the whole story. The lady just said oh several times and also did not offer any solutions. I have never left anyone a review until now but i just could not believe that after all my interactions with this location they would treat a customer so poorly.

It was quick and amazing service. My car was in and out for oil change. Keep it up man good work👍. Surely come back again and will recommend to every friend

Quick service! I went in for an oil change, loved their staff, service and so neat and clean! Definitely coming back!

Decent oil change place. Service is generally pretty quick. They messed up installing my directional tires, but were quick to fix it once I brought up the mistake.

My car was serviced immediately and oil change was done in 10 minutes. All the guys were very helpful and professional. Didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. Would definitely go back.
