Pro Oil Change

Quick oil change... Oil can't even fully drain in the time my car was done. Despite specifically asking for them not to touch anything but the oil, the service person accessed my cabin filter and broke the housing while removing it. They then put the filter in the wrong way, causing it to collapse and send debris through my air system. They only put enough oil in to come a third of the way up the dipstick, and said that's all they were supposed to do. Told a friend about my experience, and he in turn told me about the same person putting the wrong oil on his wife's car, trying to rip her off. Disappointed to say the least. Won't return.

Friendly and efficient. They change your oil, they do out fast and for a good price. What else do you want!?

I've been going here since the place changed hands. They don't try to load up your invoice with things you don't need but are professional and inform you of what your vehicle needs. Staff is friendly and they have you in and out in a reasonable time. The owner keeps the place clean and tidy and works frequently on the floor which shows he is connected to his employees. I will definitely keep coming back.

Would give a zero if I could. Got an oil change here, they didn't check anything and I was rushed through. When I left had a vibration in my vehicle and had to fill my own tires up with air afterwards. Went back that same night about the vibration saying they put too much oil in, was told by the manager Richard who also was the one who did the oil change my fluid levels were fine and filter was tight. He proceeded to tell me all the other things it could be probably because I'm female and he didn't want to admit his screw up. Went to my mechanic the next day and over 11L of oil was drained from my engine, he put oil back in and I had an extra 8L of oil which is completely unacceptable. Would not recommend place to anyone. If you go here I recommend checking your oil levels yourself afterwards.

My battery was under warranty and had died. Unable to start my car. Manager went out of his way to replace it for me. Really appreciate it.
