Jiffy Lube

Never had an experience so bad in my life!! I came in for an oil change and for a power steering flush (I knew I needed one). I could have done both these things myself, but I was far from home and wanted it done quick. It would normally take 30 minutes to complete these jobs by a trained mechanic. It took them 3 hours, during which time they managed to break my oil dipstick. They charged me somewhere around 150$ for the oil, the new dipstick and the power steering flush. And I later realised the THEY NEVER ACTUALLY CHANGED THE POWER STEERING FLUID. I had to do it myself. Even thinking about it makes me pissed. Thanks Jiffy Lube! I'd advise anyone to stay away from there. They seem to make a business of exploiting people.

went there March 31st /17 to exchange snow tires for my regular tires(both sets on rims)I left there and on Aprl 4th/17 I noticed a thumping noise seeming to come from my front tires Upon checking my tires I found that the left front Tire lug nuts were loose enough that I could turn them with my fingers(3 of them) I drove back to Jiffy Lube and they said yes they were loose however I should have come back to get them re-tourqued!(like it was my fault !!) Anyway,Check your vehicle whenever they do something like this before you leave the premises Have been there numerous times but will never return Thank god the wheel didn't fall off while I was driving!!

Absolute worst service. I drove my car from Durham to hanover and took it here for a basic oil change. By the time they were done my car wouldn't even START. After hitting my starter repeatedly and with no sucess.They had to push my car out of the bay and told me to just wait and see if it would start. I sat there for two hours waiting to see if my car would start. After talking to the owner i was informed that it was not his problem and that they would do nothing to fix it. He then continued to try and start my car while flooding the engine with gas and holdong the starter longer than he should have. My car is still sitting in the parking lot while i wait for my mechanic to make it there to fix whatever they did to it. Not only am i furious with the way the OWNER handled the situation but i know have to deal with the reprucussions of a BASIC OIL CHANGE. NEVER. EVER. GO HERE. You will regret it.
