Pro Oil Change

Good Service. Polite. Friendly. The customer service is perfect. Was not a long wait. Waiting room was clean, and everyone that I noticed were pleased with the service.

These young men running the show here have no concept of first come first serve. Crappy service. Never using so called "Pros" again.

I've gone to a mechanic's shop and even to another Pro Oil location in Brampton and the service I just received last night is what will keep me going back to this one in Orangeville! Everyone there was extremely polite friendly and had smiles on their faces! At the other location I had been to I had to always drive my own car in and I'd sit and wait but Tech Bryan advised he would be doing that which threw me way off especially on a Monday night, it may seem small and expected to others but to me that is what made me realize I was going to a location with people who actually CARE! My oil change was very quick, Bryan was very thorough and advised of some things I needed changed if I wanted to but didn't push it like most others would. Thank you so much for your service POC Orangeville! See you in April!

Awesome group of mechanics who take pride in the work they do. Had an oil change done in appx 20min with thorough inspection & fluid top up. Highly recommended.
