I have always gone to jiffy lube for oil changes never had any issues. but the last time I went the guys working on my car checked my air filters and showed them to me, but I was gonna change them my self, the next day I went to do it and noticed they broke the clips that hold my cabin air filter lid, and rammed it in there the wrong way and it was all crushed in there, and they didn’t put the engine air filter back the right way and never closed the air filter box, so I contacted them about it and never heard back from them.

One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had - I had tree sap stuck on my windshield that I have tried to get off for weeks. During the duration of the oil change, one guy's main goal was to get that off my windshield for me. Each person there was absolutely fantastic - would highly highly recommend.
