I have worked for Professional Nursing Solutions for just over a year now and it has been the greatest challenge I have experienced in a work place. Coming in to this kind of work is not something for the light hearted, I have learned, and I honestly wouldn’t have it any other way. The administrative staff are all extremely driven to constantly be making improvements and making sure all employees are taken care of as well as client facilities. It is rare that a mistake is made more than once and I can promise you that. I have grown to love the challenge of this work and how it has made me grow as a person and an employee. If you work for Professional Nursing Solutions you will be guaranteed great service and professionalism when it comes to communication with our administrative staff. They are all no non-sense kind of people with nothing but the intention to put you into the right facility and make sure you get paid.

I previously worked for Professional Nursing Solutions, LLC for 5 years, and a little over a year ago, I had the opportunity to come back as the Director of Operations for both PNS and its sister company, National Health Care Solutions. I am very grateful to have had this opportunity, this is an amazing company, with a great team! Seldom do you find a company that cares so much for its employees!!!
