ProMedica Physicians Bay Park Family Practice

At my last visit....Gabrille the nurse or medical assistant, what ever her title actually is but her telling the NP "Good Luck" before entering my room. Very unprofessional, great way to show patients your true colors and that you really don't care about them. You shouldn't get into health care or anything to do with people if you're not 200% compassionate and caring about everyone! And we wonder why suicide rates are so high. Probably because even health care "professionals" are jerks. Lets push these pills and then push you out the door, you can't talk or ask any questions, just pay me and go. Smh Then they never invoice insurance right so I am always having to reach out to billing with promedica and my insurance TO DO THEIR JOBS! EVERY SINGLE VISIT. Yet I'm PAYING for these services. Make it make sense. And we wonder why so many don't want to deal with Dr's or NPs Hmm. Maybe it's because we are judged and not giving the absolute best care and respect as every other patient or why would anyone want to keep going to a place that adds on them having to do their job as well. I shouldn't have to call insurance and promedica because this office invoices their services wrong.

I'm 73 yrs old and Dr Gill is the best Dr I have ever had

Sat in waiting room half an hour after my appointment time just to be told it will be another 10-15 minutes before I would be seen. Ended up leaving. The wait time was ridiculous.

Staff as very nice. Would recommend to anyone.
