Young Family Medicine

I went to see Dr young I was very sick with the flu. He treated me. Dr young and all his staff was very helpful and friendly. I sure appreciate everything they did.

Long waits. 3 ppl run the office. Pretty sure it's a family- which is fine, they just need more kids. Hard to get ahold of someone on the phone, tried over 2hours once with no answer. Doc Mark definitely thinks he's funny, problem is he's the only one.

I called to schedule my 2 month old daughter an appointment, and advised the receptionist I had united health care for insurance. She then told me she would not schedule my daughter an appointment until I made sure of the insurance, and I advised her she just got out of the hospital with breathing problems and I would pay out of pocket if she did not take my insurance. I advised her I am sure, and I need to make the appointment. She then told me Dr young would not see her and to stop calling. I cannot believe this is the service I would get for being a potential new client with 3 children. I guess you should get a new receptionist if you want to have new patients!
