When I signed up for service, I was told I would receive a gift card as a reimbursement for the installation cost (which is a promotional offer) when I called on December 5, 2017. They said I would receive it before Christmas. It is now February 5, 2018, and I still haven't received it. I called them about it, and they just give me the run around. So don't believe you will actually receive this promotion. Also, during the installation, the install guy said that he wouldn't feel safe if his wife or girlfriend had the security setup I had chosen. I guess they rely heavily on pressure sales tactics. The guy eventually backed off after I received a phone call from my dad saying he was stopping by. The install guy was able to get everything installed as I wanted it and answered all of my questions.

Zach was my technician, and he was so nice and friendly and extremely helpful. He wanted me to have the best possible security I could have and afford on my income, He went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with everything. I love knowing that I have the best security I can possibly have. I feel very safe in my new home. I would definitely recommend ADT to all my family and friends!

The young man who installed the new products in my home was extremely nice and very informative. He took time to explain his thoughts for my safety. It was a very nice experience.. An Informative Afternoon on Safety.

The installer was very nice and knowledgeable his job. Even though I was told one thing and when the installer arrived he had a different story. But through it all the experience was great. We love the system thus far. We do feel safer. Having problems getting to file for the visa card.
