BROKE INTO MY STORAGE!! It happened around a week ago. The staff don’t care at all. To me it seemed like an inside job. I asked if they can review cameras she said they have a “new system” and not sure how to work the cameras yet. Not only was my storage broken into but 3 others also that day. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!

I worked with Rochelle today and she was an awesome reflection of the company! She was able to answer all of my questions and concerns and provide me with excellent solutions! She has great positive energy. I will continue to do service because of her.

Stopped in to make a payment and to my surprise the property was actually open. Rochelle seemed very upbeat and provided great customer service considering how we’ve been barley greeted in the past. Nice switch up.

Im disabled and Yesenia and mily, always go above and beyond to accommodate me when I visit my unit. They are so sweet and helpful.

Very good services Ms yesenia very nice person but the security is not very good and the insurance they offer is the worst due to bad luck they stole my work equipment valued at $ 7 thousand dollars and the insurance only gave me back $ 1500.00 dollars
