Public Storage

We had an issue signing up online so we decided to come in person to the office and Jim was excellent to assist us! He helped us out immediately. He showed us the size of the storage and made sure it was the right one for us. He also helped us sign into the app and showed us how to enter and exit the property. Jims assistance and attitude is rare to find these days with everyone always in a rush "helping you out" especially it being the holidays. He made this a great experience. Thanks Jim! Cant wait to store our stuff and finally have our home garage back!

Jim did a great helping get a unit, very patient and understanding with my situation. He deserves a raise. Jim also provided me with a comfort that I could upgrade my unite with ease.

I feel prompted to leave this review because when someone does an amazing customer service as this location does, you have to take some time and do the right thing. Now let me tell you. Jim the property manager is absolutely great. On the phone when I first contacted this public storage location, Jim was really helpful and really kind. The day I moved my stuff ready to be stored Jim assisted me with extreme kindness and great customer service. He has a great attitude and will make you feel comfortable the moment you speak to him. Always ready to help. My account was set up he made sure I had all the information I needed to have access to the location/ unit whenever I wanted. The whole staff is really professional and also will go the extra mile for you. Like give you some water to drink if you are thirsty. And help you with anything. I highly encourage anyone who is at the fence. Ask Jim and you will be in great hand.

Just returned to Public Storage again. Love this location and I came back because of the manager. Jim is always friendly and very helpful and mindful of your needs. The facility is clean and it looks Like they just got a beautiful refresh.
