I’m a 2022 holiday seasonal UPS personal vehicle driver and I’m working out of the public storage in Montclair. Just wanted to say that Lauren rocks!! She’s so friendly, polite and accommodating. I have to load packages in the parking lot few hours before opening and sometimes Lauren let’s us in to use the bathroom before I do my deliveries. The place is very clean and secure. Thank you to all the staff at this location especially the management team. They are friendly and help with problem solving. I broke a key in my padlock and they were so quick to help me manage the problem. The facility is clean and well lit as well I have been there nearly 3 years and am greatful I chose this location.
