We have been long-term tenants and since day one Alisa has been very helpful always going above and beyond through difficult times and with a smile no less. Very professional, polite, understanding, and more importantly genuinely kind. Alisa puts people's needs first, that's a rare gift you don't find too many people in management that still value humanity. The property is clean and safe. Alisa was amazing from the minute we walked in until the end of our transaction. She provided excellent customer service , was very thorough while she presented the different storages available, answered all our questions and even assisted us on how to navigate the mobile app. She’s super friendly and made my husband and I feel very welcome. I had a bad experience with this Storage, since every time they feel like it they will increase the Monthly Payment. I also found Rats in my Storage, and my things got wet and they don't take charge. They also Stole some things from me

Had such a great experience. Manager helped not only lower our payments but got our fees removed ! She did so much thank you !!

Alisa and Jessie we’re great. Alisa gave me all the information I needed to get the unit I wanted and then I when I went to see it in person a week later , it was not available anymore. But Alisa was able to get me a bigger unit for the same price . My unit was inside a hallway and it was clean and not creepy at all. When I was done with the unit and had to remove lock. It was super easy , Jessie I think that’s her name sorry I forgot it, but she has glasses and was there this weekend round 10a she was very polite and made the whole process so easy .

I would like to give a special commendation to Jesse, she was very professional and took the time to help me with my issue. I had my assistant whom I have since fired for misconduct open the account on my behalf, I was not knowledgeable of all the information and needed help to access my storage. Jesse took the time and patiently helped me to verify the information and assisted me. I wish I could get more customer facing employees like her to work in these jobs. Thanks Jesse, Public Storage is fortunate to have you on board.

Even tho being under renovation , Alisa was great with helping me get a storage unit and so I could unload my truck and still make it to work by noon! Highly recommend this Public Storage!
