I would like to say, that Dylan gave us top of the line service. He was very helpful and he was very patient and understood are need. It was a very pleasant, because of his outstanding service. This is my 2nd time experience with the company Public Storage. First time was a direct contact since my mom was the one that rented the space. Let me tell you, my experience was extremely amazing. Specifically due to the fact that the rep, named Lisa that worked there, unsure if she’s the manager or an associate. If she isn’t a manager she darn should be. She gave such excellent customer service. She was so informative, I asked everything and anything I possibly could. She was extremely patient, I initially reserved a smaller space but next day came to realize I needed their larger space and thankfully they had one available. She was so nice and didn’t look annoyed when I asked her multiple times to show me all the different spaces and helped me with the lock. Never a time she didn’t have a genuine smile. She made me feel important, that my items were valued, and that protected. I haven’t had any experience with any other employees there but Lisa is amazing! Thank you for being kind and so helpful. My experience at this Public Storage was great! I’ve never rented a storage unit but the nice worker Lisa made it so easy! She helped my friend and I check in and even showed us to the unit and made sure we knew how to open/lock it. She even helped us work the app and figure out how to open the gates as well. Very nice lady and made this process so easy. I’m giving Lisa a 5/5!

I Just want to say that Lisa the property manager is a life saver. Excellent service!!! Five stars well I say 10 stars for her. If you need a storage space go see Lisa she will take good care of you!!!!

I have been with this location for a few years now and have always received great customer service. Lauren was excellent in assisting me with a concern about the status of my unit. She was efficient and helped me resolve my questions on my balance as well. She was very easy to talk to which is helpful as I was stressed about even calling in. The location is always clean and I love my unit that is temperature controlled which is need for the items I am storing. Thank you Montclair Team you're doing an excellent job.

Really thankful for places like this but most of all how they work with their customers great service and communication and deals

Hate them, you go to office and no we will be right back sign. You call the number on the door and your on hold forever. Been on hold 25 mins while I am writing this. Going to find another storage. Avoid if you can . They raise rates and give you no notice as well. Hate them

Predatory treatment, fake deceptive customer service not making adjustments to billing while sending out threats regarding my property because I simply have sense not to pay a incorrect bill where showing overcharging, imposed fines and fees I do not owe . Property manager Lisa and claims she cannot assist me nor does she have information to provide me to get help

Dylan was so helpful and sweet! I’m unfamiliar with how to rent a unit and he took the time to explain all the options and was very patient. I had a great experience and I hope Dylan is there to assist me again!

Bad service and dangerous rooms I got cut twice. No climate change, I'll add photos so you guys can judge for yourself. Even to exit I scratched my truck .... not a well kept place. 120 a month no climate control and if you miss a payment they will cut your lock
