Update 07-16-2022: David is the new manager The store seems normal and the employees are approachable. The fish department also repaired the freezer area for the entrance. I enjoyed the diversity of employees. . Will add my latest pictures. ------ Previous Rating was Buddy is the manager and can be polite but starts to walk away and dismiss customers complaints as company policies. For example, if you ask for a quarter pound of fish you should get what you order. The woman gave me .81 pounds of fish. I asked her for quarter pound of salmon. She mumbled something about she couldn't not cut it. So why Wrap it up? I had never had this issue at Food Lion and Harris Teeter. This place up sales their meats and fish based on the manager's discretion. I read the complaints on here and them seem to surround the meat, deli and now fish department. I will never come back. NEVER!! Oh the store is clean. And the two employees I spoke to believe that I was in the right. Buddy didn't. Good luck in shopping at Buddy's Store.

Definitely recommend this place for a no-pre-order cakes for birthday. I go there and get mine without pre-order at a reasonable price. Bill at the bakery was really helpful.

One of my favorite grocery stores! Always greeted with a smile and friendly service. Love my neighborhood Publix! They also have some yummy sandwiches that you can get made at the deli. You may have to wait a while if there is a few people in line ahead of you but the price and quality of your handmade sandwich is always worth the wait.

Publix. A place to pick up the highest of quality of subs. Not only does it smell of fresh wonderful bread, this is the best price for a sub of this quality by far. I want to give this 5 starts so bad. The only issue ? You can order an hour ahead and still have to wait 15 minutes to pick up this deliciousness. If Publix could make it to where we could get these quickly, i would be here everyday picking up not only for myself, but my entire office. I can't afford to be chewed out 1 more time by my boss for taking 90 minutes to come back with lunch. Bottom line, if you have the time get this sub.

I frequent the Whitehall Commons Publix out of the convenience of being in the area. I went to the deli and requested a product to be sliced right above shaving. I've never had to have a sharp, watchful eye in order to get what I ordered. I got home and realized that the slices were much thicker than requested. Keep your eye on your meat, is my Suggestion. The manager suggested that I waste my time and gas and bring it back to their store, that I don't live Anywhere near or risk embarrassment and go to another store that's even farther and return it ‍

Can we talk about the fried chicken!!!??? I love Publix but this chicken is a must have. I bought a box and ate on it for days by heating in my air fryer. Yall better stop sleeping on this store. The people are even friendly.

Always friendly staff. Very clean and put together. Fast check outs. I usually come to here during lunch tl grab a quick bite to eat.

Terrible customer service i wanted to do a custom cake for my sister b day. So a lady from the decorating department was going over the prices the cake i wanted was a simple 2 tier cake with a couple flowers down the side i told them the can free style it I’m pretty open. The prices kept climbing and climbing and climbing. They told me because of 2 tier with a ribbon around it. That was a wedding cake or Similar to a wedding cake and the prices then rose again. So we came to a total of 271 and i was like okay birthday’s are once year i was ready to put the deposit down. So she goes to the back again where the bakery mgr is and was asking questions i assume she was asking about ringing in the cake and he told her she quoted me the wrong price. So the young lady then comes back and said ohhh I’m sorry that’s the wrong price it’s going to 471 starting out and not including the flowers the fake flowers were 6 dollars individually. I was like there is no here to pipe flowers down the side for free. Mind you after the mgr quoted different prices, No one ever said my apologies i was looking at it wrong or i was confused NOTHING. So i asked what if someone wants a custom birthday cake 2 tier for their child party with a piece ribbon around and flowers you’re going to tell them that’s a wedding cake ????? No one took responsibility no nothing. The mgr should definitely apologize and definitely provided me with the cake price i was quoted. Yes we do make mistakes and that should of been rectified with her receiving proper training or possibility the prices could of changed. I worked in customer service for over 25 years. Any mistakes I’ve made I’ve eaten them literally. I strive to give 100% accuracy and any mistakes ive made i own it WHY because it happens. I rectified the situation and anything additional needs to be done, i take care of it. That’s what good customer service is about. Poor customer service all the way around the book. I’m sure they’re not concerned about the lost of one customer, but I tell you one thing word of mouth goes a long way. Im going to find the picture of this simple cake and please be the judge. They didn’t have the icing color i wanted i said okay just long as it’s pretty im okay i even told the lady to free style it i just wanted it beautiful for my sisters 43rd birthday. For we have had some victories this year. I take nothing for granted especially birthdays that come once year. So Bundt cakes came through for us and she was excited like a kid at Christmas. We are pumpkin Lovers and they had some new flavors for the fall. It turned out even better than we anticipated. Even though down in my heart i wanted her to have a special cake. Thank you Publix for absolutely nothing I willing to do anything for that cake. They didn’t have the colors i was okay they couldn’t draw on the flowers i was okay paying with each fake flower individually they said it was a wedding i still agreed upon the price. Then when it’s time to pay oohhh wait a minute that’s incorrect. That’s mgr should have taken 100% responsibility and gave me that cake at that price. I found the picture i didn’t want a topper she said they couldn’t do the bottom like i said okay freestyle it. Small round 2 tier cake they didn’t have those flowers cool can somebody hand draw them IM OKAY WITH ANYTHING AS LONG AS ITS PRETTY I DONT CARE ABOUT ANY Substitutions. I just wanted writing on the bottom of the cake base 43 be good to me. Drummm rolll Almost 500.00 dollars

The Customer service here is Top Notch, you need help finding something you will never here this is not my Department. One thing I will say though when you ask for a location on something they walk you to that Aisle; maybe in the Future they will you a choice; not a complain justba preference.

Shelves are always stocked and the sales associates are always accommodating. If they are in your presence they always speak a kind good morning and ask if I need help finding anything. This particular morning I did need help and he assisted me by checking for me and returned with an answer about the product. I had an ah ha moment when customer service and kindness mattered. Thank you Publix. This is why I am a repeat shopper.
