Walmart Supercenter

I’m a delivery driver. And Everytime I come. I end up canceling. Because despite the order being placed by the customer hours in advance. I wait 30 plus minutes and no one helps it brings anything. Updated. Giving this place a try after the holidays and yet the same work ethic and lack of help or urgency. I have picked up from the Tega Cay location numerous times and it’s just as busy and they are prompt, efficient and polite. These guys spend more time talking to each other and picking their pants up from falling down then they do working!

I understand being busy during this time of the year, but this is the worst Walmart grocery pick I’ve ever encountered. I’ve been waiting for almost two hours. People had to beat on the door at the pick area in order for employees to come to door. I usually go to the Lake Wylie or Tega Cay location, which is much more organized. If customers receive a notification text saying their orders are ready, there is no reason for so much disorganization when we arrive. They bring out groceries in multiple crates, instead of one large bin which would save more time and confusion. Maybe they should shadow other locations that are also overwhelmed, but have a better system in place. Next time, I’ll drive to a further location because I’m never returning again! Happy Holidays

The overall cleanliness of this store needs to be improved. I was here around 7:30pm to 8:00pm and it is as extremely busy at the checkout, with a very long line. The issue was, though, the line wouldn't have been long at all if management allowed employees to work at their checkouts instead of closing all checkouts and forcing every customer to use the self checkout lanes instead. While self checkout is convenient, it's absolutely not convenient when there's an ever growing line of customers and a lot of available employees who are presumably not being allowed to open their checkout lanes.

I absolutely loathe the self checkout. With the size of the business one would like to see more employees working the registers. I have been to hunting department several times and have yet to see anyone working the register which means I can't get the item to buy so I go elsewhere. Went to the tire department today to get valve stem extensions and was told I would have better luck going somewhere else. Walmart is convenient but have absolutely killed the local shop owners.

The online ordering here is ridiculous. The employees show no care or concern for you as a customer. I have ordered here on 3 different occasions and it's the same story every time. It's delayed due to overwhelming orders but as I sit there beside several other cars I don't see anyone getting their orders. So this cannot be the case. It has to be the management. The leadership at this store is ridiculous and it reflects through the people hired to work there.

This is one of the best Wal-Mart's in NC. I have not had a card issue or an argument with an employee.Never followed around and it has a good atmosphere. You are near other stores so it's convenient.. Only thing is I think they do not have any fruit or vegetable unless you go to garden center to get some to grow. Overall 10 out of 10

I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter a week in advance. Two days before get an email cancelling. Not one person in the store answers the phone .also have not seen a refund on my card I want my money back. If I could give zero stars I would

This store is always filthy, and the shelves barely stocked. Last week I placed a pickup order to avoid the dirty store. I pulled up to the designated spots to have my order brought out to my car. About two minutes after parking and notifying the app that I was there, I got a notification that my order had been picked up, but nobody brought it out to my car. I called the number on the sign in the pickup area and it went to voicemail. I called the separate store number several times and it just rang and rang. While I was sitting in my car along with several other cars in the pickup area, I I never saw one employee bringing out another car’s order. After 45 minutes, I left. So I placed an order and paid for it, but never received it. I’ll never return to this store. I’m even transferring my prescriptions to a different store, because I don’t trust the inmates who are running this asylum.

Store size is huge but they always run out of stock. And I know some walmart stores that aren't that clean but this was one of the badly maintained stores IMO. Perishable items like chips etc are already turned to crumbs even before buying. Hope they make it better.

Pharmacist went to cash register reluctantly with phone up to her face and then looked at me and said “ Can I help you?”. No idea why the attitude was so necessary and poignant. Anyway this was on my return to the pharmacist after grocery shopping for 30 min. She said “Oh im still working on that one, itll be 2 more minutes” The way she said it was so careless and to the point I felt like this HUGE burden to do her job. Walmart has the best prices. Customer service is hit or miss.
