Family Dollar Store

Simple dollar store job but unable to open up on time. Employees walking around looking out the window 30 mins after opening time

I was there on September of past year. I was 5 months pregnant and had my two young kids with me. The manager said I gave her attitude so she told me to leave. As I was leaving, she followed me around the store talking about me being a bad mom in front of two young kids. She followed me outside and got in my face. My son told her to leave me alone and she told him to shut up. A child. Then started talking badly about my two young children. They were in tears. Absolutely disgusting behavior from an adult and manager.

As me and my friend make it down the aisle to the socks Ii swearthe clerk voice that was cussing at us came down saying you know what I’m talking about man at the end he made his way to the aisle we were shopping at and kept cussing at us and saying you know what you did I’m trying to figure out what in the world is someone at family Shopping store raising there voice cussing in the first place .close down low income areas with family dollar because they label everyone .for instance I’ve not been in this stores since spring and before they see them.. we have made it close to the back by the time he was cussing walking torwards us been at family Dollar plenty of time at a low income area . and lately this is not the first time but the second that an employer comes at us like this and says that we have stole from them so I’m going to file a complaint and let everyone know that if you’re going to steal and don’t put a store in that area

Let me start by saying that if you look at my reviews I seldom complain of a store or restaurant unless I feel it is truly necessary for everyone to know that the place needs improvements or is flat out no good. I cannot stress enough how bad the customer service at this location is. Do yourself a favor and drive to any other location to avoid the attitude given to paying customers. I tried to complain to a manager and guess who was the one ringing me up giving me the attitude? Yes.... The manager, who gave me the name Michelle but is actually Latoya.

We were welcomed as we walked into the door. We found everything we wanted. The cashier's we're great. My card didn't work on one register but patiently we kept trying. It was the register, we switched registers and it worked. The girls were awesome!! Will go back to that store.

The store itself seem to be nice, but for any reason wouldnt want to buy anything in there.

IF I COULD RATE A ZERO I WOULD I JUST BOUGHT A MILK 2 DAYS AGO WHILE RUSHING AND ONLY LOOKING AT THE MIDDLE DATE I GOT THE ONE THAT SAID 00/08/18... TODAY I OPEN IT AFTER GIVING MY SON A BOTTLE OF IT I JUST HAPPENED TO WANT SOME AND THE MILK TASTE LIKE S***!!!!!! I GO TO LOOK AT THE DATE AND THIS MILK SAYS 5/08/18. MIND YOU TODAY IS 5/28/18. IM PISSED AND CAN'T EVEN GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM.

Clerks are always polite which is the ONLY reason I even shop this location. This is an older store & pretty beat up: front door's been broken for 3 months and it's filthy. Obviously -0- time allotted to clean or maintain inside or out. Cigarette butts lined up on the outside window ledge don't help. Shelves are always in disarray, product packaging often ripped, crushed, pre-opened or secured with 1-6 anti-theft tabs. My guess: location management is overworked and sorely underpaid, probably only allowed to scedule one clerk on the floor a time. Corporate must not care otherwise they'd have a 'maintenance program' and allot funds to staff & maintain this location properly.

Absolutely worst customer service ever the line was super long and the manager just walked right by and left the line super long didn’t offer no kind of help what so ever just allow people to leave bc of the service no professional accountability at all will never come to this store again

Walked past three staff members early this morning. Not ONE spoke!! They also had a large amount of fruit flys flying around the store.
