Target has all the finer things in life!!! I had to buy some quality gloves for my trip and they were fabulous. I bought some isotoner gloves and it is worth every cent!!!!

Overall customer service sucks. Employees are rude and are very limited on how much they speak while assisting you. They may let you stand at the customer service counter for a while before assisting you, even when they’re standing right in the doorway that leads to a breakroom or something, while they chat with other employees. Target is typically great but this one is definitely not my go-to!

Long line tonight at the only full-service checkout register that was open. 7 people in line; it wasn't moving. Self check had two people queued up. Still took 10 minutes to get to a register. Had a cart full of merchandise, so other people had to wait. $200+ spent - all self-check. For that size purchase, I should either get a discount or they need more lanes open. First time I've ever been disappointed in a target experience. Self-check will be the death of retail.

Nice clean restrooms! The hook to hang your hoody wasn't even missing!

Need to lines for returns and pickups. Especially if you have separate employees doing different things. I stand in line just to get to the counter and told to stand off to the side for someone else to get me that was doing a drive up order. Unacceptable.

Get your customer service together. It’s a few days before Christmas. 12pm on a Wed. No one is paying attention to customer pickup in store. We are stuck behind returns that are taking a long time to figure out. We pick up in store for your benefit not ours. Separate the lines. Managers pay attention to bottlenecks. This place is messy.

2.4.23 Carolina Pavillion do not update systems. Manager incompetent; upon escalation to empty product slot 2 with an MSRP of USD 25.00. In an empty store manager could not process sale.

The young lady at the Pizza Hut counter was very nice and helpful. The store was out of what I needed but wveything else I need was in stock.

Who doesn't love target. Great prices, quality products. They got everything.
