The Publix pharmacy employees at this location are always friendly and suggest ways to save whenever it's feasible. The app makes it easy to manage refills and know when the medicine is ready for pickup, and if you're in a hurry, this location offers a drive through service.
I really appreciate the people at this pharmacy especially the Assistant Pharmacy Manager Haley and another associate named Taylor. Both of them went out of their way today in helping me with a complicated insurance issue. They worked on it until my copays were straightened out. I highly recommend these guys!.
Publix is a great company that offers amazing customer service and value to their locales. It is a shame that this branch, the pharmacy in particular, has managed to get away with such horrendous treatment of their patients for so long... at the time of this review the manager's first name is Julie.
Rude and not able to communicate well... I’ve been in there very few times to pick up a friends medication and never was it a good experience. The last time my friend and I went in together to get his meds.. for what seemed and sounded like personal reasons they didn’t feel comfortable filling his meds. That’s what was told to us.
WOW! Worst customer service I have ever experienced regarding my medication! Condescending & Rude! I will never frequent this pharmacy again. If being treated with understanding and respect is important to you, this is definitely NOT the place to go.
Having just moved away from this Publix, my wife and I have realized how well run this store is. The staff was ALWAYS friendly, I can't remember a time that the store was out of stock of whatever we were looking for, and I can not stress enough how friendly every employee was every time we visited.. which was a lot over the past 2 years.
I’ve been a customer throughout the years at so many other pharmacies Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, to name a few and Publix pharmacy by far is my favorite. The one at Lee Branch and the one in Chelsea have been wonderful for my daughters and me.
Worst Publix pharmacy ever. Never has anything in stock.
