I've been here a few times & I always had a great experience. Sometimes the wait could be a bit long, but it's fully worth it. I especially like Dr. Hillel. He's knowledgeable, caring, patient, and efficient. He explained everything to me & answered any questions I had. I came here more than once for a child that had a broken bone. The office staff arranged all the necessary appointments I needed & they even followed up to make sure everything is okay. Thank you for an amazing experience!
My daughter came for an ingrown toenail and Dr. Sherman on the 6th floor was one of the best doctors we have ever come across. God bless you for making this experience an awesome one!
This place is disgusting Noone ever knows anything. The girl doing covid swabs dropped the swab on the floor after swabing my mothers nose and than put it right back in the container to be tested. Always get the answering service instead of the office. I have asked 4 times to be put on my mother's file stating that i can speak on her behalf and everytime i call they say oh i don't see anything we can't give you her results. The doctors at quality first urgent care are very good and help alot I been there many times for mostly bronchitis but the front desk staff not so great. They dont answer the phone when you call, I once called 7 times before someone finally answered and than they tell you we have other patients to attend to That's what I was told once and i told them are you serious that's your answer I'm a patient calling the office and you ignore the calls because patients in the office. They need better more professional and responsible people running the front desk and managing the phones. I waited over a week for my covid test cause i had to finally call.
Over a week and half and no results for a strep test. Super unhelpful staff
Today Wednesday July/13/2022 we called to confirm they are open at 2:20 on our way there with my daughter sick .. at the website they close at 11 pm. At google information they close at 10 but the receptionist on turn said they close at 9:30 pm o'clock. We arrived there 9:35 pm the building was still open but their door at the 9th floor was close already... the receptionist was sitting there and dont even try to explain why they are closing early now she just ignored us.. the doorman/frontdoor person explained that the building closed at 11 pm and their offices said they close at 10 pm, but they decided to close and take their last patient at 9:30 pm ... definitely so disappointed with this facility because Dr. PAUL ROSENSTOCK would never admit this
Have been here twice for different reasons. The place is quiet, very clean, organized and the staff is very appropriate. The doctors have been great. I was seen and treated within a reasonable amount of time and they even found me a local pharmacy that was still open very late at night. If I had gone to an emergency room it would’ve taken at least 4 hours! I recommend this urgent care facility.
Been waiting for lab results more than 9 days and they keep saying results sent to ur doctor but nothing really sent.
I recently went here to get a second covid test, and my first time visiting them I got my results back in less than 2 hours. I thought it was perfect so when I needed to get another test I went back to this location just to be told that they “don’t accept” my insurance anymore because of a policy change. But then the receptionist tells me if I’m willing to pay a $100 “fee” I can get the results quickened in less than 24 hours otherwise I need to wait 2-5 days. How absurd, they will rush results from people who pay them out of pocket, but take their precious time for people who aren’t willing to pay. I personally was sick and needed results as soon as possible to know if I needed to quarantine myself or not. They don’t care about health or “quality first,” it’s always been about money. You’re better off just going to a local pharmacy and doing a test there. I did a rapid test as well, and those results should be quicker than regular but if they’re not getting any cash from you, good luck getting your test results in time
On Dec 24th my son came home sick and on the 25th he tested positive for Omicron. I went to Quality First Urgent Care on 27th to get tested. Since the 27th I've been very sick. It is Jan 1st and I'm still waiting for my covid test result. Let's just say I will get better before I ever get my results. I've been calling and no one picks up the phone. Only leave a message. I got a call back yesterday only to tell me they don't have the result back. Should of gone to the ER like my son did. This is why this covid is spreading like wildfire. Never again.
This review is soley on the basis of the behavior of Benjamin Hillel. Most unprofessional, caustic, and overall unpleasent person I have ever encountered. That is not hyperbole. He came into the room from the beginning with a bad attitude. Did not even look at me, did not ask meany of my concerns, and did not even let me ask a question. First he told me without even checking meI had a sinus infection, then when I said I had a cough he said I had to do a chest x-ray. After I declined a chest x-ray he told me to leave. I ploitely asked him why and then he went on a screaming rant. Medixal professionals are supposed to help the make the patuent feel better. I left without a diagnosis, without any treatment advice, and with a bad taste in my mouth.
