CityMD Prospect Park South Urgent Care - Brooklyn

Amazingly efficient and thorough. I rushed over to flatbush and church Ave after a kitchen knife accident through my finger. I was taken quickly, xrayed, thoroughly cleaned and sutured in about a little over an hour. Dr. White was no less than Amazing. The staff was just as kind and efficient. The after care was top notch. I give nothing but praise to City MD. I was spared a long grueling night in the emergency room. Thank you. You are a very well run!!!!

I had a wonderful experience at this location. When there was a potential for a long wait, the office manager came out and informed me of the time and how long of a wait it could have been. When I told the manager I would step outside for a moment to get something to eat, he said the receptionist would call me when I was next to be seen. They did exactly that! The wait was not nearly as long as the manager had anticipated but it was great to know that my time and how long I would have to wait to be seen was important to the staff. This shows that my time and business matters. Everyone was very pleasant from the receptionists, manager and the clinical staff. The clinical staff had amazing bed side manner and a great sense of humor. Overall, I had a great experience and will recommend this location to friends and family.

I have been to CityMD Prospect Park South Urgent Care twice and was very satisfied with their service. The wait was not long, the staff was very attentive and the doctors were professional and to the point. Based on the doctor's diagnosis and recommendations, I was able to recover in a timely matter without issues. I would highly recommend CityMD to friends and family, especially when you can't get an appointment right away from your personal physician when needed.

Just wanted to say it was a pleasure to go to a facility that was clean and professional. The front desk ladies were very helpful being that I forgot my glasses and they help me finish filling out some forms and even the gentlemen I believe security helped me at the Kiosk. The doctor and assistant were very knowledgeable and respectful. Very nice experience.

The place is nice , the staff are nice too But they gave serious issue when it is about coding of the bills, which caused me a massive bill for things that my insurance covers.

This is the second time12/12,4:30pm that I’ve visited this location and I’m truly impressed with the staff, from walking in until you check out. The professionalism is amazing and they make you feel seen and heard. I’ve never felt rush when voicing my concerns. And the speed of service is immaculate-perfect for in urgent matters and super clean. The whole office is solid!! Highly recommend if you’re just trying to get seen and treated under an hours time

I came in with a really painful cough, and I felt really cared for. Medical staff was kind and really thorough, ruling out flu, covid, pneumonia, and ketones. I was able to get the right meds and medical guidance quickly, and I am feeling back on the fast track to recovery and back in control of managing my type 1 diabetes and asthma. I am very thankful for this kind crew of medical professionals.

Went to get an x-ray one day and the tech wasn’t in so I was assured if I returned the next day, I would not be charged a second copay. Now a month later I am receiving emails to pay my outstanding billcopay from this return visit. CityMD billing doesn’t answer calls and I have waited on hold for 30min 3 times trying to get help.

Urgent care facilities can be hit or miss, but I was so pleasantly surprised by the level of care at the Prospect Park South City MD. I came in with a bad sprain, and the PA on staff took her time with me, explained all my options, printed out recommendations for braces and podiatrist referrals, shared her personal experience with a similar injury, and just generally treated me like I was one of her regular patients. I was able to receive x-rays on-site, and the whole staff was efficient and kind.

I had a bad experience at this CityMD because I originally came in for one appointment however I decided to get another appointment after speaking with one of the medical assistant. During my appointment, the Physician Assistant who had red hair attended to me. I told her about my concerns and she seems like she didn’t want to listen to me and gaslight my concerns. This is what usually happens whenever I have an appointment for my specific concern. This is why I’m never going to this location again.
