Although my experience has been fairly new, Jennifer treated me with open arms as soon as I parked the U-Haul - showed me around the property, places to visit, and provided her office hours if I needed any assistance. Apartment unit felt brand new with new paint and appliances. Looking forward to the warmer weather to take full advantage of the amenities. Highly recommend if you’re looking to move to midtown.
Currently I am looking for an apartment, my friend told me to check out her apartment complex. Needless to say I was not disappointed. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Diana and Jennifer, they were both incredible nice. They answered any question I had regarding lease terms, parking, etc. I was shown the community, amenities, and their model unit. They definitely made me feel like I was at home already. I’m very grateful my friend told me about this place!
Front office staff is amazing and extremely helpful! Maintenance is quick to respond and thorough. LOCATION is unbeatable! Will be renewing my lease here! Did I mention that I love living here?! Definitely would recommend Alister Uptown to anyone looking for a new home in the area.
Alister Uptown is a great community. We love living here. With the amenities of the pool, separate grilling/bar are, the overall location and the convinces of two locations to have drinks, food, etc., literally just steps away. Additional shopping and eateries within 3 miles .The staff is amazing and just a great place to live!
I’ve lived here for 4 years and I’m glad I stayed just so I can experience how Mill Creek completely transformed this apartment complex. Connor Group was absolutely awful and I encourage anyone to stay farrrr far away from them. Diana is the absolute best and deserves a raise immediately. Nate and Thomas are so fast with everything they do. Jen the property manager is doing a really good job as well. Thank you allll for turning this place around and your continued efforts in making it better. I’m excited for more renovated apartments and crossing my fingers the community room goes back to being open 24/7. I recommend Alister Apartments for uptown living.
I love this community! I had a few bumps in the road moving in but the leasing staff and maintenance were very quick to get things fixed! The units are very spacious and the newly renovated apartments have some great features!
This big bag of trash has been in the 312 building stairwell for almost two weeks now. The maintenance/janitorial staff will not remove it! They have protective gear and equipment they can use to pick up this trash bag along with other trash in the 312 stairwell, but they won’t do it. I wish they would do a better job with sanitation honestly.
Very friendly staff from beginning to end while doing the leasing process. Move in was very smooth, got a tour of the complex, all the amenities and the apartment itself. Good security with the fobs.
Jennifer and her team here at Alister Uptown are hard to beat! I moved here 2 months ago and in that time I have had nothing but excellent experiences with her and her team. They are very responsive to your request and never make you feel like you are a hassle to them. Jennifer is an exceptional leasing manager and has made me feel right at home. The apartment complex is in a great location with even better prices, which is hard to come by in this economy. I would highly recommend looking here if you are planning to move near the city!
I absolutely Love living here in The Alister Community. Every since Mill Creek has taken over it has been the best living place I’ve had here in the Charlotte area. Also with the help of Diana in the front desk and Thomas and Ant with the maintenance you can’t lose. Oh yeah I can’t forget Jen the property manager always making sure we are safe and going above and beyond to give us the best experience any tenant could have. Bottom line, I absolutely love Alister.
