Queen Nail Spa

6 months ago I gave y'all five stars. I've been coming to y'all for a year. I was just at booth 8. She couldn't understand me and it was very confusing. Then she says I have to pay her at booth. She didn't even paint the tips. So I said " Aren't you going to paint them" She goes $5 more dollars, pay now" That's fine but I always pay at counter and she got a $5 tip. My worst nail job ever!!! Sorry to say all this I've just always had a great experience and I drive an hour to get them done!!! No five stars today!

My best friend and I went to this business to get our nails done/filled. We were specific of what we wanted but didn't get exactly what we said. I had a few nails that need to be repaired instead of her soaking them to get the previous broken nail off she cut my actual real nail! My friend's colors wasn't even the right ones picked and when she ask the nail tech to correct the color she told her that she would not and suggested a different shade. We will be returning to Beautiful Nails on the South Side to see Tina and Tony. He does a lot better,he's very friendly and you don't have to worry about the service.

First time to try this place and I was very disappointed with my service. I came for a mani/pedi since I am having professional pictures taken this weekend. For my pedicure they barely trimmed any of the cuticle area and when they painted with the nail with the pale pink I chose you could still see my nail! I asked for extra coats and he gave me one before putting on the clear coat. Same story with my fingers. It doesn't even look like I had a professional manicure. Total amount of time spent working on both my hands and feet was about 25 minutes. I had to redo my toes after getting home and realizing how poorly they were painted. This was not worth the money.

Went to this business yesterday, and I wanted a fill and shape and paint change, I wanted glitter and the tech put one coat on.and said it wouldn't cover well and when asked if we could add more coats and get what I wanted she said no we do another color.Well for 40$ and I woulda spent a lot more had I been treated like a customer and not a idiot...I will not be going back to this place ever again. The tech was not only short with me and rough with my hands she disn't do what I asked her to do. She was very unprofessional wearing sweat pants and Not even a hello when I walked to her booth! You all make good money and regardless of what u don't want to do the customer should be treated correctly at all times. I politely paid and left but never to return I'll be going to Tony at beautiful nails like I have been for the past 9 years!

Very professional and highly recommended for those looking for a pedicure or manicure. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great choice of products for purchase as well!! Hands down the BEST in Paducah!
