Quest Diagnostics DeKalb Sycamore PSC

Never waited less than an hour for anything here. Currently been in the waiting room for an hour and a half and their little wait time screen has said I had a 12 minute wait for that entire time. I wish to God my insurance would just let me do my labs somewhere else. I need to fast for my blood work which means I need to go without eating, go to my dr.'s office, wait there, have an appt, get labs ordered, come here, and then wait for hours on end with no discernable reason for the wait. This place needs to have more than 1 person on staff at a time in order to effectively serve their customers. I suspect they will go out of business when the day comes that health care in this country is decent enough to give people options on where they go for this stuff. They got 2 stars because their staff are very good considering the circumstances they work under.

They NEVER answer their phone and never call you back when you leave a message. When you just show up, you have to wait over an hour, if they are even there. I wish there was another company that my school uses, but unfortunately, this is it.

It is beyond me how a lab that only staffs one person to work a Saturday is still serving patients. Wait an hour and half when 5 people were there when you walked in. Unacceptable!!!
