Quest Diagnostics Plainfield Edwards PSC

Quest had to do another test . First one they did not sign the paperwork so second one was just done . Michelle Kuchay was very rude and unprofessional. When I was busy checking in she said that they could not help me because I had no paperwork/email. I said I never received any she said then we can't help you . She told me to check in anyway and walked over to the paperwork and asked me my name I said it's Pieter and she responded rude with an i. I said yes . When I wanted to wash.my hands she had a problem with it and was rude . Horrible place .

Lab technician was very nice and fast. Front desk was cold and rude.

Diane was really nice and had a great sense of humor. Made the experience enjoyable as much as it could be.

At the doctors office and just found out that Quest once again messed up the testing and we have to do it all over again ! This is the second time they have done this and it will be the last time !!! They are rude and nasty. At the front counter and mindless in the back room ! I wouldn't trust them for any medical testing again .
