White old man in the front desk rude and grumpy I don’t know why he still working here

Poor Customer service, turned away for being early . No way to verify appt. Early an still stuck waiting. Grouchy attitude front service.

Rude af, you'll be sitting here well after your scheduled appointment. If I didn't need this job I would of been walked out

This is the worst location to come here they dont even know how to function here. Once they forget you in line they will tell you oh we didn't let you in even if you were in line for the past 20 minutes. Never coming here again

Terribly rude front office staff, wasted our time and not being helpful for my kid blood work. Inefficient incompetent people should not be working in medical field , dangerous

Paulina and Darlisa helped through an extremely intense needle phobia. You guys are the best phlebotomists in Las Vegas by far and made the experience quick as well as walked me through every step. With the pandemic going on, this kind of care is extremely appreciated. Thank you!!!

Natalie the lead nurse at front desk is the most rude employee I ever encountered since coming here for 4 years she told me to quit complaining and I could go some where else. I always get there early because i cant stand she left me standing outside very very rude

I have used this service several times, and since they started using the computer check-in I have only had to wait 1 time.There were so many people there, they ran out of chairs! They are quick, friendly, and professional.
