Moved here from Michigan almost 3 years ago and it took a while to find a great place. The staff is always so helpful and the physicians take time to answer questions. I have never felt rushed or not important.

Hopefully you don't have anything come up and need to leave the building, it will be marked as a refusal to test, even to leave for 30 minutes... all I can say is wow these people need to learn that thing in life happen outside of your control and there are valid reasons for asking sometimes.
