03/01/2018 Captain Stan today i looked up fishing in the Webster's dictionary and low and behold it's not at all what you stated it is, it is the art or business of catching fish. And hey where is that "REFUND" you stated we would be getting. It's been months now and you only returned money to one guy and by the way it was one guy who has not posted a review "YET". Send the checks as you promised. 02/06/2018 Ok now we all know. 01/18/2018 Well Stan i now see that you are also not a man of your word. You are the one that offered the refund as we did not ask for it. However we do think it is well deserved. You stated that you were going to refund our money and you still have only refunded one of us. As i said before when we get refund i will edit this post to show that you did refund us as you stated you were going to do. Not trying to hurt your business just trying to make sure everyone gets a fair deal for both parties. Been fishing all my life with huge success. Wanted to try some California fishing for the first time and boy were we let down. I don't think we were ever going to be put on fish from the first words out of Stan's mouth. " Well boy's pick a number 16 or 17 You guys choose and if we don't get fish don't blame me. " Then after we all 3 choose 16 he said no we are going to 17 after all. We spent over 4 hours pulling seaweed from our fishing poles that were far from casting rods which is what we were to do. The bait well let's just say that in Missouri i use larger minnows to catch crappie and they are not frozen stiff. I know that ya can't catch fish every time but damn it sure makes a difference when ya know what the hell you are doing. The three of us think that we were just a paycheck and a pretty good one that day. Honestly we three could have taught him a lot about fishing that day as we have caught many strippers from many locations. I just think that if you guide you should know what is happening with the fishing in your area and have more than one source of bait and if you are stripper fishing bring the proper poles not snagging gear. Stan is a nice guy but we paid to stripper fish and we 3 felt let down. Well captain Stan today is 01/04/2018 and so far only one person has received that refund that you said we would be seeing soon. As soon as you make good on your statement to refund us i will edit my post to show that you are a man of your word. Happy new year.

Put Captain Stan's Quetzal Adventures on your bucket list. Even if you're not a fisher just being out on the delta in a small boat is a beautiful, relaxing experience. There was an abundance of birds on the day the day we went out and Captain Stan was familiar with their habits and habitat. He's even more knowledgable about fishing. He knows exactly where to go and how to rig up his tackle to give you the best chance of landing a fish. If you can tear your attention away from the scenery all you're required to do is reel them in. Captain Stan handles everything else. His boat is clean and well stocked and his equipment is top notch. Just watching him bait a hook is enough to convince you you're in the hands of an expert. But if that's not enough, watching him fillet your catch will make you a believer.
