The best catfish I've had in a long, long time. The fried okra is hand-battered, which is an extra touch you almost never see. Your meal may take a little while to come out, but it is worth the wait. They clearly put a lot of effort into their food and are rightfully proud of it. The service was very friendly. I will definitely be coming back for more!

The food is tremendous! Good southern cooking at its finest. Had the catfish nuggets, collard greens and beans. Let me tell you folks, I loved it. Fresh ingredients and the service was excellent. She constantly asked how we were doing and refilled our tea. Please check it out!

Love this place! First time there, won't be my last. All the food was excellent from the appetizers to dessert. I had sausage and shrimp (can't remember the name) and would get it again. Fried gizzards and fried chicken is fantastic.

This place was simply awesome! It's as they describe, food that grandma use to make. You can tell they pay attention to details which their recipes. I pray they never change. My husband got the fried chicken meal homemade fries and fried okra and I got the veggie plate (meaning 4 of their sides) Mac & chz, red beans & rice, greens and potato salad. Drinks were lemonade & sweet tea (definitely sweet but very good) for dessert to go, we got the sweet potato pie, peach cobbler & banana pudding. 2 of the desserts didn't make it out of the restaurant. We are from OOT but when we feel like making the drive we will definitely drive to eat there. It's a small restaurant but a lot of flavor. Hats off to your restaurant you are now our new go to. Thank you for keeping the quality in your food just like grandma use to make!

The roasted chicken, green beans, and okra are super tasty. Their okra is by far the best I have ever had. Friendly service always with a smile. Definitely a family oriented place with staff who make a person feel right at home.
