Always have a tremendous vacation here every year even most of it is simply relaxing and enjoying good company by the Saturday night bonfires!

We signed up in 2014 which we were very pleased cause we use our ROD all winter BUT........ we were approach by Travis and Butch this August 26,2017 when we were camping, they offered us the buyout program for $3700.00 with no payments for home park fees ($349) for life. They said give it 30 days to take affect and we will bePlatinum members giving us 2 wk stays with 1 wk out. I've called ROD 4 times and Travis and butch over 20 times combined since September. Travis has been avoiding our calls for 2 months and Butch likes to pass the buck on Travis. The owner is nowhere to be found. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY WILL TELL OR SELL YOU TIMESHARE OR BUYOUT AND RUN WITH YOUR $. PLEASE IF YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED WITH PROMISES WITH FALSE INFORMATION CALL THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND FILE CRIMINAL CHARGES. WE MAY OR MAY NOT GET OUR $ BACK BUT WE CAN HOLD BUTCH (SALESMAN) TRAVIS (SALES DIRECTOR) AND OWNER RAY SHEPPARD ACCOUNTABLE FOR FRAUD AND LARCENY (WITH INTENT TO DECEIVE MEMBERS AND NEWCOMERS)
