Debbie is absolutely amazing! I was in desperate need of a last minute color correction, and I'm so thankful they could get me taken care of on such a short notice! All the staff was very welcoming and caring. And on top of this, my hot mess on my head has never looked better! Debbie is a miracle worker, with an exceptional team surrounding her. They had teamed up and discussed what would work best for me and my hair, and even helped me learn a little on what to use to take better care of it. The atmosphere is absolutely wonderful as well, positive vibes every where! From now on, Debbie is my go to gal, and I could never thank her and her team enough! You guys are awesome! This is the best salon to be at!

I went there for a balayage, and what I got was an orange head full of uneven highlights, plus a chunk of hair cut out of the middle of my hair right in the back. If I could post pictures I would. They don't even deserve one star. When I asked the manager Theresa for a refund she gave me a hard time, was super rude and I got the run around. They don't do right by their customers at all. The girl knew my hair was horrible. I was nice enough to pay and not make a scene to begin with, but after crying for two hours my husband and I decided to get a refund so I can have it fixed somewhere where they are professional and experienced. I had to reach out to corporate for a refund and Theresa still didn't refund me. I had to go there twice, because they first time she didn't give me the full amount. After finally exploding and telling her I would come in there in front of her customers with my orange hair and make a scene she then called me back as nice as could be and agreed to give it all to me. I then had to drive all the way back. Not only did the hair dresser destroy my hair, but the manager did not do right by a customer. Bad business. I won't trash talk the hair dresser as she was very nice, however she may need a career change. I never write reviews but I thought others should know how these people do business. Having integrity means taking pride in your work and taking care of your customers which they seem to truly lack that quality. They lost yet another good paying customer ,but by the managers actions, I'm sure it won't be the last time and definitely isn't the first.

Depends on who you see but I got my eyebrows waxed and now I can fit 3 fingers in between them. But for the most part they do a great job and are affordable. The staff is very kind.

Very nice and clean salon. Everyone was friendly and professional. Kylie Peterson cut my hair. I showed her several styles I liked and she took the time to talk to me about them. She told me which ones would work best with my hair type and I am very happy with the style she helped me pick out. She did such a good job cutting my hair it falls just right and is easy to style. This is the best haircut I've had in a long time.
