Salon Azure - Alcoa

I had really messed up my hair color and made the appointment to get it fixed. Troy was so understanding, respectful, and knowledgeable. He reviewed what my options were to correct my color let me decide what to do. I am absolutely thrilled with the results and will be returning for color and to have my haircut by Taylor.

A friend, recommend this salon to me,since she gets her hair colored here. I saw Tytina. She washed and straighten my hair for my visit. Loved that she knew how to handle natural (enthnic) hair. Very professional, polite, and sweet. Will recommend anyone that has coarse, natural, and really curly hair to see her. I will be back.

Chrissy was nice and gave me a good pedicure. This was my first visit. The only deal breaker for me is instead of a nice comfy massage chair, they have you sitting on a raised wooden bench set into the wall.There was a cushion on it, which I had to move to give me a little more leg room. ( I'm tall). It was hard for me to get down and out of it when I was done. There was also a glare in the room due to celing to floor windows, I really wished I had my sunglasses with me. I just didn't feel comfortable and relaxed like you should during a $50.00 pedicure.

Ashley Garrett is the best colorist. She doesn’t rush the process, and she understands tones. I get my hair highlighted and it looks amazing after a bad fried job elsewhere.

I don't do anything too drastic -- just simple cuts usually -- and I've always had a great experience at this salon. I have received beautiful cuts from Paul and Tytina.
