One of the worst customer service do not go there

Dr. Nazarian is amazing! She is very friendly and knowledgable. My hair began noticeably thinning so I wanted to be more proactive to maintain as much as possible. She recommended PRP injections to help regain some of my losses. I went through multiple treatments as she prescribed and my hair looks noticeably better! I am very thankful for her help and would strongly recommend her to everyone!

Dr Nazarian was phenomenal. I have visited multiple dermatologists in the city and she was by far the best. I have to question anyone that gives her anything other than 5 stars I would have given her 6. I never felt rushed, she explained all the options for treatment, and then helped me find the best fit for me. I was offered a product that was sold in the office, but was told only to buy it if the copay for my prescription medications was too high... !! Amazing and thoughtful. I would absolutely return I have a followup appointment in 1 month and I'm recommending her to everyone.. which might be tough since it took me 4 weeks to even get an appointment with her only downside!. Great overall experience.

Dr. Nazarian has worked MIRACLES for my skin. I was referred to her by a few friends who see her and have had amazing experiences. She definitely did not disappoint. She is extremely knowledgable, direct and transparent about what to expect during treatment. I had a very pleasant experience under her care, and now, almost never wear face makeup. Highly recommended.

Dr Nazarian did a wonderful job taking care of my dermatology needs. From skin lesion removals to lasering, she was professional, thorough, and caring. I have personally seen the result of her work - and her cosmetic results are excellent. She is the Go-To dermatologist in the City.

I went to see Dr. Nazarian for help in treating scars from cystic acne. She was incredible in helping me come up with the appropriate/most effective treatment plan. Currently going to her for fraxel treatments and it has been going really well. It takes a few treatments to get the full results, but I'm super excited that there are differences so early in the process. I'll also have to add - I've seen a slew of dermatologists since my teen years bc of my horrible acne and none compare to Dr. Nazarian. Her bedside manner is above and beyond any doctor I've had. Highly recommended!

Dr. Nazarian was smart, efficient and informative. I will return. Update: I did return. She resolved in one visit something that had bothered me for years. Life changing. Simply the best. 100% confidence and makes you very comfortable.

Dr. Nazarian is AMAZING. She took such great care of my skin. I had a burn mark that no one could figure out how to fix not even my plastic surgeon. Dr. Nazarian was able to recommend an over-the-counter cream that cleared it right up Amlactin. It cost $8.00 and I bought it at Walgreens. I'm so lucky I found Dr. Nazarian.

Really bad experience! Dr. Nazarian is arrogant and not very knowledgeable unfortunately! I saw her three times. Each time she would tell me how miraculous another commercial product they sell at their office is, how it is the real deal - strong and effective and that it is exactly what is going to rid me of my acne. She was very convincing, she said I needed it, so I bought it. Needless to say all the products were complete fraud. First time I had to buy a face wash in a black bottle - $38! It smelled like cheap orange soap. I hated it and it didn’t do any good! Second time she had me buy “aggressive” peeling facial pads - $50!!! They appeared to be completely useless! No effect whatsoever! So overpriced! They were not peeling pads! The third time I saw her, she told me about an amazing topical treatment I had to use. It was a clear alcoholic liquid in a clear lipgloss-like container - $28 for practically simply rubbing alcohol! Guess what happened to this premium quality product after I used it - I think when the applicator touched my face and got in contact with my skin’s natural oil although I washed my face clean and dry right before I was using it the soft part of that applicator dissolved in the liquid overnight, so only a bare plastic unusable stick was left for me in the container with the gross messy residue of it all!!!! I was so frustrated with the whole thing! My acne did not improve a bit and I wasted over a hundred dollars because my doctor was dishonest!!!! I got zero help at this clinic and wrecked nerves! I didn’t try to go back to return the products and complain because I was sure they wouldn’t take them back although I don’t know and I was embarrassed. But really, this clinic is shameless!!!!
