Regardless what they tell you, this is a pyramid scheme type of company. Success is possible if you have no self esteem or self worth because they want to build robots to work for them. The "management" training received is only valuable if you have no real career aspirations. They will micromanage you because they say they are losing money, even tho employees only make minimum wage for 10 or more hours a day. You'll be over worked and underpaid and WAY undervalued. STAY AWAY. They will lie to you. They tell you one story of one person who made millions of dollars and sell it to you as it could be you.. well it could be but not under this management and not with these products.

I have worked with the Radiant Event Management team for over 1 year now and the 1 word I can use to describe this environment is dynamic. I love the bond the employees have, it feels like a family. If its someones first day they automatically feel apart of the group and I appreciate how humble a CEO can be to work side by side directly with the staff everyday. My advice to management is keep you humbleness, don't listen to any haters and keep working hard. My advice to anyone looking for a job? If you understand hardworking beats talent when talent fails to work hard this is a great management training program. I continue to learn from this team everyday and look forward to continue doing business with them.

The team offers a welcoming environment that feels like a family. The managers support employees growth and success. It's possible to advance with hard work and committment. There are challenges, but as with any career, you can overcome them and grow at Radiant.

There are few things I can say to bring justice to what I've become because of my time not only with Sarah, but with this company as a whole. I moved to the U.S.(after a long period in Europe) with nothing. Nothing, but willpower and enough work ethic to wipe most millennials off the map. Sarah took an insane chance on me. A 1 in 1000th chance. Under her leadership, I went from making minimum wage (in once pizza making) to $30,000 a year... and now even more. I'm thriving beyond what I understood was possible because of the lessons I've learned, the books we read, the insights I've gained, the sales experience collected, the positive outlook I forever now have and most importantly the student mentality I will carry through adulthood. I was surrounded by people with the same morality and ethics as myself, every single day and it was uplifting. I have my own dreams now, a web design company I never would have felt worthy of pursuing if not for her encouragement and support. I can't write a typical 5 star review, because it wouldn't be enough. My life today, is everything to me... and I am indebted to this business for making me see what I am capable of doing. Don't change a thing because you'll continue to change the lives that matter and work hard for it.
