We come here for the open play, and it's so fun.$7.50per kid and you can play on 12 different playground sets and a trampoline. Perfect for cold or rainy days

I adore this place! They offer "Pay-To-Play Monday - Friday from 10:00-4:00. Just $5/cash per child. You can also buy a high quality swing set there and they include life time guarantees on the structural integrity. Delivery and set up for a super fair price is also offered. They also have a private party room for rent. Company has been around since 1983.

Looking at other reviews, it sounds like this place is great at hosting parties, but not at actually providing services related to customer owned sets. The one that I own is several years old and was in need of repair. I dismantled it with the goal of restoring it to its former glory. Once I had power washed and sanded down all the salvageable pieces I contacted Rainbow systems to price out the too far gone pieces. I ordered 7 pieces that included handles, slims, and a misc board back at the end of August. I waited 2 weeks and followed up as I hadn't heard a peep. I was informed that the missing part wasn't going to be in until the end of the month(September). Then I suggested that I come get the parts they had in stock(my suggestion, not Rainbow Systems), to which they were willing to allow. I get that part of my order and wait. The end of September comes and goes. Then on October 20th(2 full months after I started this whole process) I FINALLY get an email telling me that they've received the rest of my order. Any discount or apologies for the amount of time it took to get my complete order in? Nope, just some light joking about excessive time passed. If it takes 2 MONTHS to get parts ordered in, I can only imagine how long it takes for a play system to be built by their company. Personally, I'll be avoiding Rainbow Systems for anything other than parties as that seems to be their main business focus.
