"As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests."

We waited forever in a drive-through, that was not a drive through Then, while ordering the guy was dry and short, could not hear or remember what we ordered, as well not have the special meal we came there for, and continue to want to order. No customer service. They didt give Back my debit card and the transactions that were used were 2 rallies from the employees I spoke to manager and he says i ciukdnt prove even though I had babk statements

Took almost 30 minutes with only one person in front of us to get to the window. When we finally got our food the portion was nowhere near what it should be and it was barely done.
So every night starting at 10:00 they stop taking orders through the drive-thru and only do pickup orders so if you drive there you're not going to get food it's ridiculous I understand how this place stays in business

I came thru the drive thru at 1:30am... it says you are open til 2am... yet I was told they were closed.... this has always been my favorite site to go to but .. NEVER AGAIN!!
I've been in the drive through for over twenty minutes, no movement whatsoever. Does anyone work here? Oh! It turns out, online orders are more important. This location is open for another 40 minutes, but they REFUSE to take any orders in drive through. Only online orders. So, if you want to buy rally, never go drive through. Terrible customer service
