This a hot spot for my child. Usually the food is okay. Freshly cooked. Customer service can stand a make over as well as prepping the food as it is given to the customer.
I'm from Greenwood. It's my first time visiting Rally's had a wonderful experience. The customer service is off the charts. The food was hot and fresh... Yummy! Touched my stomach in the right spot.
They got the order wrong first of all. And this wasn't the first time. It's so will I go back again yes. But I will make sure they get the order right. They need to hire more qualified personnel.
First time eating there and it was great!! The burger was fantastic.
It's always a long line. Rather one or two sides are open. And your food is hardly ever hot. It's warm. They need more promotions!!!
GOOD FOR AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Burger was salty and sweet tea didn't taste right
