What I enjoy most about working with Melinda is that she does not just treat the skin or any one particular issue, but challenges her clients to make lifestyle changes which would benefit their overall health. When you apply the plan and advice she offers you, overtime you begin to see and feel your whole health improve. The skin rejuvenation you experience is an added benefit. STAY AWAY FROM Ravissant Day Spa!!!!!! After reading all the "awesome" yelp reviews I decided to make an appointment to come to the Ravissant Day Spa and see Melinda. I booked an appointment online and prepaid for my facial through her booking website. Saturday comes and I go for the facial. During the facial, I could hear her typing away on her phone, which was extremely unprofessional. But I let it slide. After the facial, she recommended products that I should use. After I paid for the products that she recommended, I asked for a printed receipt and left. Later when I got home, I reviewed the printed receipt and I noticed Melinda charged me $50 for the facial I already fully prepaid for through her booking website. I emailed her on Sunday, regarding getting a refund for the $50 charge, and got no response. I called her Wednesday and she said she would refund the $50 to my account and email me confirmation of the refund. Wednesday came and went and still no refund. I emailed and called her Thursday... still no response. Later on Thursday, she texted me saying, "forgive me for the delay in processing your $50 refund. I had a sudden death in my family, turned things upside down. Ill process your return tomorrow". All lies... Friday came and went and still no refund. By then it had been 5 DAYS of me trying to get my money back from her and I grew tired of dealing with her. It only takes possibly 2 minutes and a push of a button to give someone a refund. How difficult is it to give someone their money back! It became apparent she had no intention on giving me my money back. Luckily, I paid for this with my credit card. So I contacted my credit card company and created a dispute on the amount she charged me so that I could get my $50 back. The credit card company ruled in my favor and that is how I was able to get my money back. I shouldn't have had to go through all of that just to get my money back. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE. Melinda is extremely unprofessional and she obviously doesn't care about her customers. Do yourself a favor and never come here! Your wallet will thank you for staying away. You may read all these wonderful 5 star reviews on here. Don't be fooled.....

Melinda has been a gift from God! God uses her to change lives. Literally! I initially went in for a facial and ended up with a full health consultation, herbal regimen and dietary recommendations to clear up my skin, hormone imbalance, and overall detoxification. My life has never been the same. In a matter of months i had the best glowing acne free skin I’ve ever had, (herbal regimen and microdermabrasion), lost weight and rebalanced my extremely high estrogen levels & adrenal glands. I stopped taking the prescribed progesterone which made me sleepy :( I’ve also had the raindrop technique, which works great for trauma related stress, slimming and detoxifying. It’s very relaxing and i immediately felt rejuvenated. Melinda always comes highly recommended from me and i send many friends and family members to her! I have been going to Ravissant for over 5 years. She is the best. She has taught me a lot about taking care of my skin. I have gotten several types of treatment from Ravissant and I can say the majority of them have been a success. I would recommend the company to any men or women from all ethnic groups to give them a try. I promise you that you will be satisfied.

Melinda has been “just what the doctor ordered.” I solicited her services to address eczema issues approximately one year ago and she identified much deeper health issues that I am now receiving medical treatment for. After a series of herbal peels, facials, and micro-needling along with her prescribed daily skincare regimen I now have the confidence to leave home without makeup. I never had the confidence to expose my skin without at least a light foundation before. I am eczema free, my complexion is much more even and my skin has a healthy glow. Melinda has not only improved my physical appearance, her expert advice based on her extensive knowledge regarding herbal nutrients and how they impact key bodily functions such as circulation, absorption, elimination of toxins, etc., has put me on the road to optimal overall health!
