Ray's Restaurant

Surprisingly good. Parking lot could stand to be repaved and the spots are a bit cramped, but I find that many places down here suffer from the same problem. The inside looks a bit beat up with tape on some of the chairs holding them together. If you make it past those two things and can sit down to get your order taken, then it's well worth it. The breakfast reminds me of waffle house, only 100x better. The menu changes and the specials are just that, special. I've yet to have a bad meal here. The wait staff are all very kind and attentive, even when there is a line out the door. The entire place has a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. It's too bad that they have limited hours they are open, or I would definitely come in more often!

Food always good and orders are right for take out. I miss Mr. Ray but they are doing a great job.Friendly staff.

My first experience here, and it was amazing! Great food, large portions, affordable. Staff is friendly, informative, and attentive. You must try the biscuits and gravy. Exceptional. I will be back!

Excellent home style food in a good old country style atmosphere. This restaurant has been here for two generations with consistent devotion to making the customers happy. The wait staff & management guarantee it.
