Wonderful place .... great outdoor sitting with a great view. Happy Hour was great ...$9 for a dozen oysters and they were delicious ... the firecracker shrimp were super tasty. The staff were really nice. Had some of the Pecan Fried Catfish... the crust was done to perfection just super tasty. If you're in the area it's definitely a destination spot.

Came in late, after 9 on a Wednesday. Waiter, Tyler, very attentive, explained specials. Took drink order and said he had bread in oven, would be back with some. Came back with basket of barely warm bread. From there it all got better. Wife ordered friend crab claw appetizer and crab bisque. I ordered wedge salad and firecracker shrimp appetizer. Crab claws we're plump, fresh, lightly battered and delicious. Bisque was hot, creamy and sooo good! Wedge salad was covered in delicious blue cheese crumbles with creamy blue cheese dressing, bacon bits and cucumbers. Firecracker shrimp was fresh, hot, tangy and spicy good. Great job Tyler and kitchen staff at Cobalt. You are my friends and I'll be back!

From the time you walk in the door to the time you leave the service you could not have asked for any better. When you're browsing the appetizers check out the shrimp dip I promise you will not be disappointed. The food is absolutely wonderful and the service is just as great! Thank you guys we will be back!

The food was great...the atmosphere was beautiful..we ate outside on the patio, and besides constantly fighting to stop bugs from flying in your food and drink, the atmosphere was great. The service was HORRIBLE! My server was VERY RUDE and nasty! We were met with unwanted stares and forced to make room at a table for 8..although we SPECIFICALLY told them it was a party of 9! As we walked through the restaurant to our seat, we saw several tables that could accommodate our party, even witnessed a smaller party being placed at a table that could have comfortably accommodated us, but nevertheless, we were still nice and friendly, ONLY to have the waitress be RUDE and unfriendly because she was asked to bring lids so that bugs wouldn't get in our drinks. The servers who brought the food to the table, after waiting FOREVER, were nice, respectable, and friendly. At the end of the day, whenever I choose an establishment to spend MY hard earned money, I EXPECT to be treated with RESPECT! To be handled so rudely and for NO APPARENT REASON AT ALL is Absurd! TO RUIN MY MOTHER'S MOTHER'S DAY EXPERIENCE BECAUSE YOU HAVE AN ISSUE SERVING PEOPLE WHO DONT LOOK LIKE YOU IS DISHEARTENING AND PATHETIC. SHAME ON YOU! It could have been a great experience, but if you are a person of color, I suggest you eat somewhere else👎😡

The food was good the views were good and the service was good what more could you ask for. I really like the way this restaurant is set up with large Windows overlooking the water. This was my first time eating here and I definitely will be coming back again. If you're looking for good food and good views and you're in Gulf Shores that I recommend this place.
