Ready Bus Line Co

Wifi is piss poor, outlets don't work, driver had to back up on the free way at one point and now the bus is on the side of the road (as it has been for two hours) because it just randomly stopped working, so I am posting a review using my cellphone hotspot (because the wifi is s poor).

My children have been riding the bus for years, and I'm not sure who I talk to about this but ever since last school year the bus drivers have been switched out it's been nothing but issues with bus #118. I called this morning after my son used his phone to call me to let me hear the bus driver going CRAZY almost like there in boot camp yelling FACE FORWARD, NO TALKING,NO LOOKING BACK,NO LEGS OR ARMS IN THE WALK WAY AND NO ELECTRONICS OR YOUR OFF THE DAMN BUS. When I called I talk to a man named Dan I told him I was calling with my concern and he acted fine up until I stated what I have heard today he told me mam I will have to call you back cuz I'm way to busy for this right now and tide up with other PHONE CALLS LIKE MINE IS NOT IMPORTANT at all. I really am pissed off and I would love to know who the head person is i can talk to and find out what kinda rules the kids have to fallow and who I can talk to in regards to making a report about this bus driver with a person who acts professional and at least acts as if he cares.

Talk about the UNWILLINGNESS to work with the other bus lines! My kid has been riding their bus for their entire gradeschool life, but now that she's going to Aquinas Middleschool there is some sort of disconnect that Ready bus lines & Holmen bus lines can't make for to & from school??? What do I pay the damn school district tax for if the bus lines will REFUSE to work with each other to create a workable route!! They make new routes every year & every week & even within a damn day but they can't do it this year?!? Whoever owns this bus line can go screw themselves. Selfish greedy self-serving bus lines that can't do their job to the full extent they're expected to!

A++++++++ Trip to Washington DC and back with 100 5th graders. Incredibly courteous, safe and efficient drivers. Super clean, and well care for buses.

Doesn't use mandatory safety equipment, blinkers. I wouldn't ride with them, what other safety measures do they overlook?
