Metro Transit Service Center

Normally I absolutely can't stand people who review anything but when it comes to our bus drivers for the metro area I thought I'd put this out in the open. (Some) of our bus drivers (all genders and races) are ignorant, racist, sexist, ableist scum. You drive a freaking city bus, it's not like you had no other choice came in from off the streets and your working at Wendy's for minimum wage to support your family. Just remember next time you scream at someone for what you don't understand or when your patience is short... people are always watching , WE ARE ALWAYS WATCHING. NO THREATS HERE ONLY SENDING GOOD VIBES TO HEAL YOUR NASTY ATTITUDE. ANY TYPE OF DISCRIMINATION IS COMPLETELY UNCALLED FOR. STEP BACK BEFORE YOU GO TO SLEEP AT NIGHT AND FIGURE YOUR OWN B.S OUT BEFORE YOU TAKE IT PUT ON SOMEONE ELSE.

Store hours are 9am-4:30pm. However, summer hours are currently 9am-1pm

Spent Friday, Saturday and Sunday in St. Paul, using the metro buses. The driver of #54 on Friday and Saturday was a really friendly helpful lady who took care to explain how to use transfers and what stops we would need. On Sunday morning, we were riding the #63 route and had another enjoyable and helpful driver who dropped us off on Grand Avenue, at a great local place to eat breakfast. Very good experience all around!

Love metro transit. As a person with no vehicle it's very helpful! Ive found busses that literally go almost anywhere that ive needed. I live in south saint paul and ive even traveled as far as apple valley at the mn zoo taking the bus :) wouldn't even have been able to go without transportation from metro transit. Some times there late but stuff happens! Getting ppl on and off that are handicapped and need help, detours, traffic etc those take time. (Seen a review complaining about them being late) the green line is even better. I use a stroller and its super easy and spacious to get on and off. ✌👌😆

Its pollutive . only if they could figure out a way were it doesn't pollute the planet other wise its good to get place to place
