Lorenz Bus Service, Inc.

One of the buses broke down 2 hrs into the trip. No apologies given. The new bus then proceeded to hit a car later in the trip. Also no apologies given. Bus then broke down on the way back causing a huge delay. Do not use this bus company.

I booked a bus for a party, they did not show up. They put the wrong date in. I understand mistakes can be made, but it’s how they handled it after that is extremely frustrating. They NEVER apologized nor acted like they even cared. I have called them 10 times and they won’t call me back. I was giving them an opportunity to communicate with me before I posted a rating, but I have given the organization 60 days.... When I finally spoke with someone he sounded like he was going to get someone to call me.... nope... never heard back. Horrible customer service. Will never use them again.

We go to Treasure Island twice a week the driver is excellent and she brings cookies helps the people with mobility issues great attitude

Gave us two completely different kind of buses when they should've been the same. Then we had a transmission failure and had to get a worse bus, which then later on the trip also had a transmission issue that took 12 hours to fix.
