Greyhound Lines

The overnight trip from mpls to Chicago was delayed and we got no explanation about why. Never travel with Greyhound again. I had to book this one... to fit in the schedule. I was forced to cancel it and book flights... I would be glad to see this company close down.

Horrible experience. 2 day trip turned into four. Bus stations are dangerous.. Prepare for misery and you won't be disappointed.

Can get from point a to point b reasonably fast and cheap. Don't forget to pre order your ticket.

It's much better than I thought. On time and fairly clean. Driver politeness is hit and miss. If you smoke wear a patch. The biggest unrest on bus is from people who smoke. Be prepared to listen to complaints.

I came here expecting to puchase a ticket but was not able to due to my bank account being froze. So being down on my luck and out of patients i wanted to give up. And i almost did. But luckily there was a woman and not just any woman. There was a woman who cared and saw my situation her name is Mimi. Without mimis help i would have not gotten my ticket i would have lost my mental. But she was so helpful and professional and if i may say.. kinda cute. She let me make phone calls, looked up info online for me and kept me company with great convo. Thank you Mimi :) ....Greyhound yall need to promote this woman
