This is one of the worst bus company I have ever dealt with. The customer service are so rude. I wonder how they even got the job to do customer service. I still don’t understand what kind of management they have. Due to weather and other things bus can be late but they will never call you to inform and if I call them to find out. These people would hang up or talk very rudely. I am so feed up with them. My request to the management as parents of two small children. Please all I want someone to answer the call nicely and give me the information I am looking. When the bus is late or my kids are coming home late I never get correct information top of that customer people often yell and hang up phone on my face. This is getting very frustrated. Please hire some people who knows how to talk to the customer.

Very very very rude staff and supervisor. Slow at calling people back about concerns. Bus driver gets mad when a call to the dispatcher is put thru to see how long before he makes it to his bus stop because he is usually late. They make excuses instead of finding a problem solver. Instead of understanding a parent and their issue. Every bus company thru love works academy sucks. Its like they pick they lowest rate bus company and wonder why its bad service calls so often. They dont even deserve a 1. Even sitting out there 7 mins before our directed time and they told us he was there on time. They lie for each other. Dispatcher even tries to play supervisor, which is sad cause if you cant help, you just waisted more of my time. Im sooooo glad this is my daughter last year. Worse bus company evvvver.

Holy hypocrtite. can this bus company be any more pathetic and garbage in real life? a bus breaking down in the middle of the road is one thing but it doesn't take 2 hours to get a replacement one from your lot and go on with your route.

This bus company is pathetic! Everyday there is something wrong. I have a children that are suppose to be picked up in front of my house and there is always an rude staff member who answers the phone with an attitude when I call to see where the bus is? I’ll call at the time the bus should be there standing at the door be placed on hold and told they were there at the correct time. Like I’ve been on hold with you for three mins asking the driver where their at when they should have still been in front of my house is so hard then they cut you off like you’re a waste of time I hate that my children school picked this bus company like really hate this bus company. One star is too many to give a company that shouldn’t even be!! Their customer service sucks!
